Learn more about who we are and what we do… The Sales Team is a part of Front Office and is dedicated to supporting our clients. You are to ensure compliance with Operations and Company policies. You are expected to have a high level of ethics.

The Sales manager is required to introduce new customers to the Firm as well as to aid in supporting existing clients. Are you interested?

Responsibilities

Increase operational efficiency within the Sales department.
Recruit, develop, manage, retain, lead staff to ensure adherence to all targets and KPIs.
Introduce new clients to Global Liquidity Exchange.
Ensure good and pro-active team work with subordinates, colleagues and superiors.
Share and seek out best practices and knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration
At least 4 years of work experience in a banking sales or sales consulting position
Financial services background is preferable
Positive attitude with willingness to learn new things and get more challenging tasks
